inner repair is about rescuing and reconnecting with parts of our internal world that feel hurt, abandoned, separate, and alone.
Here, we’re taking the courageous act of releasing our conditioning, judgements, and coping mechanisms. Then, when you create an inner environment of self love and compassion for the places that feel tender, you create inner repair. This reparative process is an inside job and a skill that can be learned.
Repair has the word pair in it — to pair the self back with its soul. The byproduct of that process is that you won’t have to force yourself to heal. It happens naturally. Dare I say, you’ll start to feel supported from the inside out.

About me
My name is Haesun 혜선/蕙仙 and I am from the Bay Area and currently live in New York. In my coaching practice, I weave together principles from spiritual psychology, conscious parenting, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices.
I received my certifications while I worked at start-ups (from series B to IPO), authored a children’s arts and craft how-to book (by Random House/Watson Guptil), and at one point ran my father’s business.

Unlike traditional modalities, where there is a therapist & patient hierarchy, I first and foremost see you as whole and that you have everything you need in your own emotional evolution. That peace you’re looking for is already within you.
We start with a centering so that I can learn about your intention for the session. And I encourage my clients to trust their process, trust their guidance, and trust their intuition.
And lastly, sessions are held online.

You have a hunch that I’m making intuitive sense, but it goes against your conditioned beliefs. So science might be a reason for you to shut off this possibility of healing so that you don’t have to enter discomfort.
I’m not going to tell you any intellectual information that’s going to help you not do the behavior that you’re doing or feel what you’re feeling. You’ve already likely read everything, watched every video, analyzed why things are the way they are.
That need you’re longing for will not be filled by information.
In fact, the more scientific information you have, the worse you might feel. Because you’re behaving (or feeling) in a way that you cannot control in spite of all the things you know to do and the things you know not to do.
This is a journey of connection and the heart.
There’s nothing “woo woo” about sitting with the pain that is calling for our connection and compassion.
